Prerequisites
Successful Candidate Attributes
We hire for precision, accountability, and long-term fit. Here is what we require.
Trade Licence
Current QLD Electrical Fitter/Mechanic licence. Pure trade focus — no dual trades. Apprentices: current indenture with TAFE enrolment.
Industry Experience
Proven practical experience across heavy industrial sectors and complex conveyor systems. Proficiency with electrical blueprints, schematics, Simpro, and VSD loops.
Safety Credentials
Current Manual QLD Driver’s Licence, LVR, and CPR credentials. Relevant medical immunizations are a major advantage for food-grade and pharmaceutical sites.
